Preliminary Entries
Should you wish to compete at the Fina-Arena Swimming World Cup 2010  in Berlin, please return your Preliminary Entry Form to Berlin Organizing Committee (BOC) not later than September 18^th, 2010. Preliminary Entries must include the following:   

• the number of male swimmers attending the meet 

• the number of female swimmers attending the meet

• the number of male officials being sent by your National Federation

• the number of female officials being sent by your National Federation

Upon receiving the Preliminary Entry Form, BOC will send a detailed information pack to National Federations intending to compete at the event.

Entries
Named Entries must be completed on the official FINA Named Athlete Entry Form. This form must be received by BOC not later than October 16^th, 2010.

Accreditation form 
For each participant  an accreditation form has to be filled out and an ID-pic has to be attached.  This form must be received by BOC not later than October 16^th, 2010.

Preliminary entries, entries from national federations, and participants accreditation forms will be accepted only via mail (info@fina-arena-worldcup.com).
 
PLEASE NOTE: 

• We highly recommend to download the ".doc" file , fill it out and send it to info@fina-arena-worldcup.com. 
  This is the most convenient way to avoid any errors due to false fax transmission.

• Additional forms are available at our download page.

• National teams will not be charged an entry fee.

• Entries neither marked by date nor received by the dates specified will not be accepted.

• We will provide the entry list online shortly after we  have received all entries.
