Accommodation / Cancellation Fee

• Room requirements are due to GSMS Sport Marketing Service not later than September 24^th, 2010. To avoid cancellation charges the Organizing Office must be notified of changes by the latest September 24^th, 2010. 

• Accommodation must be fully prepaid before September 30^th, 2010.
  Otherwise we cannot guarantee your reservation will be held.

• Hotel reservation may only be altered/cancelled until September 24^th, 2010.
  After this date the reservations are the responsibility of each individual Federation.
