Travel information
Travel information for foreign teams are due to SMS Sport Marketing Service not later than September 14^th, 2011.

Travel forms will be accepted via mail (info@fina-arena-worldcup.com) 

Visa Requirements

EU nationals do not require a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany.At the website of the German Foreign Office you can find all relevant information on applicationprocedures and requirements as well as application forms for different types of visa.Please request a letter of Invitation from BOC.

Transportation
We will provide transportation for foreign teams  from airports and railway stations to the team hotels before ,during and after the Worldcup. 
Please let us know when and where  you will arrive.

Please confirm your outbound flights on Saturday, October 22^nd, 2011 to Mr. Steffen Zesner, who is in charge of this service. His office is located at the pool level.  

Our organizing team will be glad to answer questions and provide information for teams.

We provide free transportation to one of our offical hotels from  

o        Airport Tegel (TXL)

o        Airport Schönefeld (SXF)  

o        railway station “Hauptbahnhof” 

Airport Information
There are two airports in Berlin:
Tegel (TXL) and Schönefeld (SXF)

After your arrival please proceed as mentioned below:

-The BOC-transport service will pick you up directly at your arriving gate. 
-In case you miss the BOC driver ask for the information desk in the main hall and wait there, please.
